The Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (CORCAS), approved on Wednesday, at the end of works of the first ordinary session, the creation of 1.000 craft fishing companies in the Kingdom’s southern provinces.
Corcas chairman, Mr. Khalihenna Ould Errachid, declared that the proposals approved by the Council at this meeting will be submitted to HM the King Mohammed VI.
These proposals, he added, aims mainly at integrating the southern provinces youth in the active life, by creating 4000 jobs in the maritime sighing sector which is likely to bring about a promising future to the region’s youth.
The session worked focused on craft fishing and professional training for the young generations of the southern provinces in addition to the integration possibilities of a great number of people in great investment projects said Mr. Mohand Laenser, Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and fisheries.
